When you submit an enquiry, SIB Scientific receives the contact details, requirements and any equipment photos you provide. We use them to discuss your request, answer questions and maintain the deal conversation.
The enquiry and follow up messages are stored in our private website database. Equipment photos are stored privately outside the public website; they are available only through authorized deal access or team sign in. Photo filenames and a private inbox link may be included in team notifications; the photos are not published to the catalogue. Notifications are sent through our email delivery provider, Resend, to SIB SCI’s designated business recipient. A short summary, including contact details and a message excerpt, is also sent through Telegram to the owner’s private chat. Equipment photos remain in the private inbox; Telegram alerts link to a team sign in page. When our SIB Sales assistant is connected, Grok Bot (Cursor) may process enquiry details, messages and equipment photos to prepare responses for team review. Our hosting, email, messaging and AI service providers process information as part of providing those services. Please do not submit patient information, passwords, payment card details or confidential research data.
Agents may submit information only with the customer’s authorization. A private deal token allows its holder to read and add to that conversation; keep it secret. Team access requires sign in. Basic request limits use hashed network identifiers to reduce abuse.
Email inquiry@sibsci.com with your deal reference to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to retain transaction records where required for the business or applicable obligations. This enquiry service does not sign you up for marketing.
