Obtain buyer authorization before sending personal information or messages. POST /api/v1/enquiries creates one private deal and returns its deal_id and access_token. Include a fresh idempotency_key, and reuse it with the same body on retry. Use the token as an Authorization Bearer header for GET /api/v1/deals/{deal_id} and POST /api/v1/deals/{deal_id}/messages. Do not place tokens in URLs or logs.

Automated intake acknowledges and asks missing brief questions. Team replies are labelled team. No automatic reservation, price negotiation, purchase, payment or commercial commitment occurs. Website/API messages share the same record. Email notifications reach the team; mailbox replies are not automatically imported yet.

Seller photo uploads: after creating a deal with intent="sell", use its private bearer token for POST /api/v1/deals/{deal_id}/photos (name,size,sha256), then POST /photos/{photo_id}/chunks?offset=N with application/octet-stream chunks <=1 MiB, POST /photos/{photo_id}/finish and POST /photos/complete with photo_ids. 20 photos maximum, 25 MiB each, 250 MiB total. Accepted JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC/HEIF. See OpenAPI for all paths. Obtain seller consent. Photos remain private.
