Fragmentation: CID, HCD, ETD and EThcD.\n\nService history\nThe instrument has had yearly Thermo preventive maintenance and was covered by a full Thermo service contract through August 2026. At the March 2026 PM, Thermo replaced the S-lens (RF lens), the exit lens and the ETD reagent ion source. In April 2026 the electron multiplier and one of the roughing pumps were replaced. Full positive and negative mode calibrations were run in September 2026 and all passed, including ETD, with mass accuracy under 1 ppm.
